Do you ship domestic?

Yes, we have shipments to any part of the Mexican Republic. Shipping is free in orders MX$5,000 and up. If it is an international shipment, it has an additional cost depending on the size and weight of the product.

Do you have installments?

Yes, you can pay in installments - up to 12 months - with PayPal. You can check the participating cards at www.paypal.com

Do you have a layaway system?

We do have a layaway system. If you need more information, please contact us to explain the process.

How can I verify the authenticity of a product?

Each product has its own certificate number and the type of certificate it is or from which company. We can provide you with the necessary information as well as the official websites where you can verify them.

What can I do if I search for a product but I don't see it on your page or in your physical store?

Don't worry, if we don't have it, we can get it. It takes us 3 to 5 weeks to have the product you want signed by whoever you want. Ask on our phones or by email to quote the product you request.

I have an item that I want to sell, do you buy it from me?

We only buy from recognized suppliers and always with a certificate that guarantees the legitimacy of the product. We could take items on consignment, as long as they come certified by the companies we work with.

I need an invoice, can I request one?

Yes, we always invoice because we believe it is a great gift for our clients..

Do you accept returns?

They are not accepted, as the item when leaving the store becomes 100% the responsibility of our customers. It will no longer be up to us to take care of the signature, the aesthetics or scratches. It is very important to always take care of the items and leave them in safe places to avoid any type of accident.
